Like many forms of media, information placed on the internet tends to linger as though current regardless of whether it is true or false. On the internet however, removing flagrant fabrications, even illegal ones, is difficult.
Until the slanderous site is removed, please note the following statement.

Regarding Unfounded Website Allegations
A small number of unauthorized and defamatory websites have disseminated various false statements and implications concerning Evaluvest LLC (“Evaluvest”), Merrimac Corporate Securities (“Merrimac”) and Stephen Pizzuti.
These defamatory and patently false statements are believed to be the product of a scheme by Patrick and Michael Boyle, who, according to the above cited court documents, have cash needs and have opted to use an internet smear campaign to meet them without regard to the truth of their statements or the innocent people who are harmed as a result.
The Boyles have never had any direct contractual relationship with Stephen Pizzuti. The Boyles’ dissatisfaction appears to arise from transactions involving the Boyles and Richard Pizzuti. Richard Pizzuti is Stephen Pizzuti’s brother.
Richard Pizzuti previously worked as a broker for Merrimac, but is no longer employed there. He has not been employed by Merrimac since April 2009. Richard Pizzuti has no connection to Evaluvest, nor has he ever worked for Evaluvest, Wallstreet411 or any of their affiliates. Evaluvest and Stephen Pizzuti are not responsible for Richard Pizzuti.
The Boyles were involved in a difficult bankruptcy proceeding in Oregon in 2007 concerning Encompass TeleServices Inc. It is believed that their current financial circumstances are the motivation for the creation, operation and/or maintenance of the defamatory websites.
